I'm a slacker!

i know its been a while and im sorry. this time of year has gotten me so hectic. i promise more updates for the coming year. i did finally hit my first goal of fifty lbs by christmas. yay new goal is another twenty five by my birthday march fifth. im staying strong eating right even with the bad holiday food temptations. hope it stays that way tomorrow. love all of you. merry christmas my faithful followers.

Hump Day!

worked out hardcore again last night. my not yet visable abs sure feel it. im so impatient. ahhh i have to stop expecting this all to just fall off over the weekend or something. im just so excited to be born. ha anyway, going to post a recipe for the keylime cheesecakes when i can use a computer thatll let me actually use characters. in the meantime friends, share some recipes with me. kid friendly please. im really trying to get landon out of his mac n cheeese phase. ill write again soon. email recipes to me @ missshellyinbs@aol.com

I love this life!

so i have a ton of fun experimenting and cooking. i can tell you this much, if i allow you to eat it, trust me, its delicious. i love good food, obviously. i am just learning how to make good food good for you. i will be posting the recipes for my key lime cheesecake which was amazing as well as for a pumpkin mousee i made tonight. i whisked a box of sugar free pumpkin instant pudding mix with one cup cold milk, an eight oz tub of sugar free whipped cream and for a special topping melted one tblsp of cant believe its not butter with two tblsp splenda brown sugar and put some broken up walnuts in it. soooooo good. recipe called for pecans but i had walnuts and it was a hit. so check  out my profileon fb and see skinny shelly. my beautiful friend amber created this to inspire me. tell me what you think.

Great work out tonight!

burnt over five hundred calories, went over three miles and did one hundred sit ups. landon didnt want to leave either. does anyone know of an entry level class i can do too?

grrrr

im so mad at myself right now. today started off good. i made a pumpkin pie protein shake and had leftover taco bake for lunch jrecipe comingk anyway, after work i felt the need to hit the drive thru and get a grilled chicken sandwich from bk. i ordered it plan and only ate one piece of bun. i couldnt finish it of course but i wanted to and i still ate too much and now im miserable. oh well, rejoined twenty four hour fitness today so im working this off tomorrow.

ahhh so much to talk about, where do i start? i added a search box over there for the netrition store. a lot of ingredients i discuss here can be found online in their store for cheap. i also use amazon. i cant capitolizae any letters from my phone for some reason so sorry for writing like a third grader. anyway, a word about my diet. with only fifteen percent of my stomach left, most of the weight i lose is frankly because i cant eat a lot but i still make sure what i do eat is low fat, no sugar, low carb, and high in protein, not to mention organic when i can afford it. let me say this also, if you can budget in your rent, car payment, utilities, internet and cable, cell phones, you can budget food. your family deserves to be eating food free of antibiotics, hormones and pesticides. ok sooo leave comments, tell me what you want to see from me here.
