grrrr

im so mad at myself right now. today started off good. i made a pumpkin pie protein shake and had leftover taco bake for lunch jrecipe comingk anyway, after work i felt the need to hit the drive thru and get a grilled chicken sandwich from bk. i ordered it plan and only ate one piece of bun. i couldnt finish it of course but i wanted to and i still ate too much and now im miserable. oh well, rejoined twenty four hour fitness today so im working this off tomorrow.

  1. Behavior takes a bit of time to change. Be encouraged by small stepts. If that's the first time you have hit the drive thru since surgery - that's probably the longest stretch of gong in awhile, right? Mind over food.
