grrrr

im so mad at myself right now. today started off good. i made a pumpkin pie protein shake and had leftover taco bake for lunch jrecipe comingk anyway, after work i felt the need to hit the drive thru and get a grilled chicken sandwich from bk. i ordered it plan and only ate one piece of bun. i couldnt finish it of course but i wanted to and i still ate too much and now im miserable. oh well, rejoined twenty four hour fitness today so im working this off tomorrow.

ahhh so much to talk about, where do i start? i added a search box over there for the netrition store. a lot of ingredients i discuss here can be found online in their store for cheap. i also use amazon. i cant capitolizae any letters from my phone for some reason so sorry for writing like a third grader. anyway, a word about my diet. with only fifteen percent of my stomach left, most of the weight i lose is frankly because i cant eat a lot but i still make sure what i do eat is low fat, no sugar, low carb, and high in protein, not to mention organic when i can afford it. let me say this also, if you can budget in your rent, car payment, utilities, internet and cable, cell phones, you can budget food. your family deserves to be eating food free of antibiotics, hormones and pesticides. ok sooo leave comments, tell me what you want to see from me here.
